One of the first things I did when I started my business was a build a framework to capture my approach to leadership, growth and transformation. I took 18 years of personal learnings from implementing enterprise strategies, building teams, leading complex projects, and coaching employees—and created the IDEA framework (Inspire, Discover, Empower, ActTM). This framework informs everything I do and ensures a structured, consistent, and values-driven approach to helping individuals and organizations adapt and grow.

Whether I’m leading a strategic planning session, providing one-on-one and group coaching, or designing learning and people strategies, the IDEA framework serves as a practical guide to unlocking potential, fostering innovation, and driving meaningful change.
