I developed my IDEA Framework to address this gap by helping individuals and organizations become more adaptable, drive innovation, and reconnect with a deeper sense of purpose. The framework thoughtfully guides leaders and teams on a journey from inspiration to action—through a process of discovery, reflection and empowerment.
The framework can be used to support individual leadership development goals, coaching conversations, as well as large-scale transformation initiatives. It offers a flexible, human-centered approach that shifts mindsets, promotes creative problem-solving, and drives sustainable change.
